We understand how critical sound quality is in the viewing room and on your tapes. To insure the best sound possible, we have installed surface mounted omni directional microphones. With omni directional microphones, the sound is picked up equally in a full 360-degree hemisphere; the microphones cover all sections of the focus room evenly. In each viewing room we have installed ceiling mounted speakers to insure every section gets the same quality of sound.
For client convenience, we have installed wall mounted remote controlled cameras that are wired into a separate AV room. This avoids the nuisance of tripping over camera tripods, wires running along the floor or obstructed views of the focus group room. With the videographer in the AV room, conversations among clients in the viewing room are kept confidential. Each viewing room is equipped with dual cameras to enable the videographer to zoom in quickly from one respondent to the next.
Closed circuit television is installed in the viewing rooms and client offices. The live video allows our clients to give immediate input to the videographer while sessions are in progress. For clients that prefer to have the videographer in the viewing room, wall audio outputs are available.
