High Speed Internet
High speed Internet connections are available at each viewing room station. The client offices and focus rooms have additional ports to accommodate everyone�s needs. Wireless technology is also available throughout the facility.
Computer/Printer
A computer and printer with Internet and email capabilities are located in each client office. The computers are up to date with the latest software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Computer Projector
A computer projector is available for clients that need to project their computer or television monitor onto a projector screen. The projector is 3000 lumens, giving clients the ability to keep lights on while projecting images onto the screen.
PZM Microphones
We understand how critical sound quality is in the viewing room and on your tapes. To ensure the best sound possible, we have installed surface mounted omni directional microphones. With omni directional microphones, the sound is captured evenly within a 360 degree radius reaching every corner of the focus room.
Ceiling Mounted Speakers
In each viewing room there are five ceiling mounted speakers installed to ensure that sound clarity is distributed evenly throughout the viewing room.
Cameras
All focus rooms have wall mounted remote controlled cameras that are wired into a separate AV room. This avoids the nuisance of tripping over camera tripods, wires running along the floor or obstructed views of the focus group room. With the videographer in the AV room, conversations among clients in the viewing room are kept confidential. Each viewing room is equipped with dual cameras to enable the videographer to zoom in quickly from one respondent to the next. Closed circuit television is installed in the viewing rooms and client offices. The live video allows our clients to give immediate input to the videographer while sessions are in progress. For clients that prefer to have the videographer in the viewing room, wall audio outputs are available.
VHS or DVD Taping Formats Available
VHS or DVD formats are available for video taping sessions. In the focus rooms combination VHS/DVD players are mounted on the wall with 25 inch monitors.
Mini DVD
For clients that need filming done in Mini DVD, this format is available upon request.
SMPTE Time Code
Time coding is available for clients that need time stamped on the video tape.
Dual Audio Cassette Recordings
All sessions are automatically taped with dual audio cassettes to ensure if there is a problem with one tape there is backup available.
25 Inch Monitors
Focus rooms and client offices have 25 inch monitors for easy viewing from anywhere within the room.
CD Players
CD Players are available to clients that need to play audio during a focus group sessions.
Lectern
For mock trials and presentations lecterns are available.
