Home Use Test (HUT)
Lein/Spiegelhoff has extensive experience doing HUT studies. With our fifty station phone room we are able to recruit to place large quota studies in a very short time frame. We are happy to help design a screener from a client outline if needed. Once recruited, respondents come to our facility to pick up the product and receive instructions for the home use test. Respondents typically fill out evaluations while testing the products in their home. Lein/Spiegelhoff can conduct mid-test telephone call back interviews for clients that want their reactions to the product during and after the in-home test. At the completion of the study, respondents are required to return all test products and evaluation materials. Lein/Spiegelhoff handles test product returns and checks evaluation materials for completeness before giving respondents their incentives. If necessary, Lein/Spiegelhoff can arrange for product retrieval if a respondent does not return the product.
