Taste Tests
Our auditorium, with attached kitchen, can easily accommodate up to fifty testers at a time using partitions between each serving station. The taste test room has a viewing room and client office that can handle up to twenty people. There is a large secured kitchen that is adjacent to the testing room. To make your test run smoothly, we assign a dedicated hostess and trained personnel assigned exclusively to your project to assist with the taste test product preparation and questionnaire administration. Our fifty station phone room and extensive database enables us to complete large projects with quick turnaround time.
The test kitchen amenities include:
Two 4 - burner electric stoves with ovens (22" wide x 16" deep x 16" high)
Three refrigerators
One freezer
Four microwaves (1200 watts each)
Dishwasher
Double sink
Taste test room measuring 20� x 24� or 40� x 48�
