Lein/Spiegelhoff's staff of interviewers do all types CATI phone surveys and recruiting. Our specialties include residential, business, medical, executive, radio listening and mock jury studies. The phone room has fifty stations, enabling us to complete projects with extremely tight time frames. Each project is assigned a supervisor who provides our clients with one direct contact from the start to the completion of a project. We have a seasoned staff of interviewers, many of whom have been with us for years. The phone interviewers and recruiters receive a thorough briefing on each project before being approved to start working on the study. The project supervisor's briefing includes reading through the entire script and answering any questions the interviewers may have on the study. To maintain the highest quality control standards, monitoring is done constantly throughout the project.
