Ethnographic Studies

Ethnographic studies are used to get a clearer understanding of how respondents are using products in their ordinary day to day life at home, shopping or at work. These studies are frequently used in the early stage development of a product when trying to determine the issues about a product rather than actual measurements. These studies often are done by observing respondents using the product and interviewing the user on the product. We have recruited for ethnographic studies on consumer products, cleaning products and grocery items.
